Keeping up with Khloe Kardashian’s Weight – How Did She Lose it?

When it comes to getting fit and sexy, the Kardashians are on the frontline. Just recently, Khloe Kardashian made headline as she posed her “revenge-body” losing a whopping 35 pounds off her weight on a magazine cover. How did she do it? Did she go under the knife? Took miracle pills like the SlimLife 3in1 Eliminator boasting a revolutionary formula that help with losing weight? Khloe’s Instagram says a lot about her weight loss journey.

On one Instagram post with a selfie photo in the mirror, Khloe’s weight loss journey is perfectly laid down as she wrote;

 “My fitness journey will be a life long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It’s about being better than you used to be. I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be,” she captioned the photo she shared on Instagram. “But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results. Hi baby abs !! I see you!!! I hope to meet your other ab friends soon (yes I’m talking to my muscles. I’ve never met most of them before).”

She also posted another throwback photo of her much heavier weight alongside her current fit with a caption:

“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week”

These captions explain how she loses all her weights but emphasizes that there’s no really quick fix to lose weight that fast. It took her over a year to make lifestyle changes as well as becoming obsessed with working out.  (As seen in constant Instagram posts of her progress)
