#HilariaHealthy2015 one of my favorite poses is dancer pose. Tips: don't do it in heels 😂. Start upright and bend the back knee in to grab the foot (notice my hand hold). Before leaning forward, kick first to create a taught sensation between the back arm and the back leg. Once you cannot kick the leg anymore, tilt forward an inch, this will allow you to kick more…to come out of it, use the back leg strength to lift you back up to an upright position.
